Ingredients:

Ladyfingers (200g)

Mascarpone cheese (250g)

Heavy cream (200ml)

Powdered sugar (3 tbsp)

Matcha powder (2 tbsp)

Warm water (100ml)

Instructions: Make the Cream: Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in mascarpone until smooth.

Prepare Matcha Dip: Dissolve matcha powder in warm water.

Assemble: Dip ladyfingers in the matcha mixture and layer in a dish. Spread mascarpone cream on top. Repeat layers and finish with cream.

Chill: Refrigerate for 4 hours, then dust with matcha powder before serving.
