1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (120ml) milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup (30g) fresh fruits (e.g., sliced strawberries, blueberries, or banana)
Instructions
Mix the Ingredients:
In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, matcha powder, chia seeds, and honey. Stir well to ensure the matcha is evenly incorporated.
Refrigerate Overnight:
Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Add Toppings:
In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Add fresh fruits, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, and any additional toppings you like, such as nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes.
Serve:
