  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 cup (30g) fresh fruits (e.g., sliced strawberries, blueberries, or banana)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, matcha powder, chia seeds, and honey. Stir well to ensure the matcha is evenly incorporated.

  2. Refrigerate Overnight:

    • Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  3. Add Toppings:
