Ingredients
100g white chocolate
100g unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
20g powdered sugar
20g all-purpose flour
Prepare the Batter:
Melt white chocolate and butter together.
In a bowl, beat eggs, yolks, and sugar until fluffy.
Mix in flour and matcha powder, then fold in the chocolate mixture.
Bake:
Pour batter into greased ramekins.
Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but the center is soft.
Serve:
Carefully remove from ramekins and serve warm with ice cream.
